Unfortunately, most people get tired of counting the calories every day and feel disappointed and ready to give up after a while. Plus, you can make very wrong choices even with the ready-made low calorie foods.

Last but not least, let us also mention appetite suppressants. You no longer feel hunger, and since there is no food to add to the fat deposits, weight loss should occur. Maybe this is how you intend it to be, but reality will brutally wake you up. Appetite suppressants are not meant to replace meals, because no body system can operate without nutrients.

Even if you don’t feel hunger, you experience a different form of starvation. Without food you will first experience weakness, then dizziness, inability to concentrate and deal with daily tasks, and even anemia if things are pushed further on.
