You will lose more weight the move you move. When your friends call and say “let’s go” get up and go. Let your friends and family know exactly what you hope to achieve and enlist their support. There will be those who will make an attempt to sabotage you and the moment you realize who are they,you should shy away from them till you think that you can refuse them for their poor eating habits.

Not only do you need to strive to transform your eating habits and exercise routines, but you may also need to change your attitudes and friends because you decided to get the lap band to improve your body.
